Wall Sit

Sit with your back against the wall so your knees are bent. Hold the position for as long as you can. This may only be around 10 seconds to start off with, but you should be able to build up to a minute.

Quadriceps Muscles

Sit on a bench or chair with both feet on the ground and raise one leg up to the horizontal level keeping the foot flexed.
